The Area Specific Guidelines apply to individual phases in Larch Park. It is important, however, that they are not read in isolation as many aspects of environmental design are also addressed in the Landscape, Architecture, and Sustainability sections.
Create Identifiable Streets
One of our goals for Larch Park is to create a community with identifiable streets that reflect the unique physical features, orientation, zoning and housing typologies of their location.
This will be achieved by varying the street widths, sidewalk configurations, green spaces, building setbacks and building forms to respond to the environmental conditions of each area.
Phase 1 & 2 Areas
The first two phases are divided into six development sub-areas. Click below to view the guidelines specific to each area.
- Nestview Homes
- Street Oriented Town Homes
- Sanctuary View, Aspen and Ravine Homes
- Forest Homes
- Central Ekos
- Birch Homes
