Forest Pavilions
The land is located at the northern tip of Phase 1. It offers a secludes address as is it bounded by the Whitemud Ravine to the east, Magrath Park to the west and a heavily treed berm to the north.
These guidelines attempt to capitalize on the irregular shape and spectacular location of the property by envisioning 15 - 20 units in the form of stand alone or duplex “pavilions” with large windows facing out into the trees.
Paving and hard landscaping are minimized as parking will be in a single level park\ade below grade.
